Not typically a Brooks fan, but the Max 2 is an exceptional shoe. I wouldn’t call it a true “max cushion” shoe; it’s better suited for snappier miles, tempo, racing 10k/half marathon, etc. Have taken them on runs up to 14mi and really enjoyed their responsiveness late in the run (vs a mushier/softer cushion that feels like you’re working harder). Excellent upper fit, though maybe on the narrower side of a Med width shoe. I’d buy them again.
