The Ghost Max 2 is a great walking shoe or for standing long periods of time at work. The cushioning is very comfortable on your feet. Shoe is good for slow recovery run but a bit heavy for fast runs. Overall I like just putting these on for walking and for work as my feet feel great at the end of the day. The black and blue fits in nicely in my work environment.

I love this Ghost Max2!! so comfy and better design than 3rd generations. Relay goods is ship fast as long as you pay more. it took 3 days instead two days shipping but still fast act. I will continue to buy more shoes from the seller.
