The Ghost Max 2 is a great walking shoe or for standing long periods of time at work. The cushioning is very comfortable on your feet. Shoe is good for slow recovery run but a bit heavy for fast runs. Overall I like just putting these on for walking and for work as my feet feel great at the end of the day. The black and blue fits in nicely in my work environment.

I am coming off of an aircast boot after a tibia fracture and this shoe has been really supportive making the transition comfortable. I am hopeful over time to transition this to a running shoe but for now I really appreciate all the support and comfort of this shoe for walking.
