I've worn several pairs of the Asics gel-cumulus shoes for short runs (5k length), but they are also my go-to shoes for working my retail job. I put an average of 3-5 miles a day on my shoes while at work and they are comfortable till the end of each shift. Have worn both a men's 9 and women's 10.5 and found them to be comparable in size and fit. One drawback of this particular colorway is that it gets dirty really fast. They clean up nicely, but as my main work shoes, I don't always have time to wash and dry in between shifts.
