Men's On Cloud 6 Waterproof, Black/Black, 9.5 D Medium

Typically Water Proof version of shoes run a little tight on me and I have to size up. Well I bought initially a 10 and 10.5 of two different Cloud 6 WP shoes from Relay to try on. I typically wear either a 9.5 to 10. Well I realized that the Cloud 6 actually has more room and better fitting than the Cloud 5, which I thought was a little tight. The 10 and 10.5 ended up being too roomy for me I had heel slippage. The speed laces don't really allow you to do a traditional runners knot so I kept getting the heel slippage and ended up returning them back and ordering a 9.5, which fit perfectly.

So if you are used to the fit of the On Cloud 5, be mindful that the On Cloud 6, even in the water proof version, is a little more roomy. I am happy with the 9.5 WP version as it has a more structured fit compared to the regular On Cloud 6.

But I do want to point out the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced for my troubles in trying to get the right fit. After returning the shoes that did not fit me, well within Relay's 30 day return policy, I was accused by the Customer Service department of fraudulent activity and was told that my account would be flagged for my returns and would not be allowed to purchase anymore shoes from Relay. I have explained that I was only returning shoes that did not fit and ended up purchasing the size that did fit once I realized the changes from the Cloud 5 to the Cloud 6.
