    Solid Shoe

    I generally run 50-70mpw and these are my go-to easy run shoes, though I'll occasionally wear them for a workout. They are a solid, no frills workhorse of a shoe. They look plush but I'd say they're a pretty traditional trainer with a decently firm midsole. Think brooks ghost with maybe a bit more pop. No complaints with the upper, I've found that they're a touch narrow out of the box but after 10-15 miles they feel just right. This is my 4th pair. As a 175lb man with a normal midfoot strike, these shoes last about 370 miles before I start feeling old niggles and begin to phase them out.
