This was my first experience with Relay and I was expecting to receive a pair of shoes that showed a little wear, or had been run in a few times. However, I was amazed and pleasantly surprised to receive a BRAND NEW pair of New Balance 860v13 shoes! If these were tried on one time I would be shocked….just immaculate! I also have to commend Relay on their communication and shipping. I was expecting the shoes to arrive a few days after the time they arrived!!! Very prompt shipping and well packaged! I can not say enough positively about my first experience with Relay and there will be MANY more to come! I have referred all of my friends, family, and patients to this great company as well.
