The Neo Zen is one of the best rides ever. The bounce back and cushion is unbelievable. This is my long run shoe as it just feels so comfortable and can also allow you to pick up the speed. The foam is not something you like sink in to because it gives you that great bounce back. I will say that you should definitely size down half a size. I usually wear a size 10 but I was swimming in that size but the 9.5 worked great. So definitely size down half size and you will have a great ride. I have put about 30 miles on these shoes and look forward to putting many more on them.
