The Ghost Max 2 is a great walking shoe or for standing long periods of time at work. The cushioning is very comfortable on your feet. Shoe is good for slow recovery run but a bit heavy for fast runs. Overall I like just putting these on for walking and for work as my feet feel great at the end of the day. The black and blue fits in nicely in my work environment.

These are very comfortable running shoes. The thick soles are really nice, and the shoe color is a nice matte light blue.
