I am not a runner, but have worn Brooks Beast, Ariel and Addiction for over a decade due to Plantars Faciitis. These newer Beast models are much more comfortable than the ones from 10+/- years ago...much more similar to the cushioning of the Addiction. I like the navy. It's nice to have more color options for those of us who wear Brooks daily, I would welcome them expanding on appearance options even further.
