I am very happy with my purchase. I went out and tried on multiple shoes before making my decision to go with the Brooks. The price at the shoe store was much higher and they did not have my size. I had recently learned about your website through Google AI, so I searched your site and found the exact shoes I wanted. The price was much more reasonable and you had my size. The additional 15% off my first purchase also was much appreciated. The website was easy to navigate and purchase from. The shoes came in quickly enough and like the site said they were brand new. The shoes are in great condition. I have 2 considerations 1 is a recommendation to Relay and the other is with Brooks.
1. Relay should allow me to register for a specific shoe and size availability through an e-mail so that I am aware of when they become available. As a repeat customer, I have establshed that I only want size 12 4E in Brooks Beast. If that comes available, it is likely I will order. I do not have the time to go to the website every day to check but a tickler e-mail would spur more buying.
Brooks has changed the color pattern on the pea coat / navy blue and it is not the same as another pair I have from a previous order. I want them to bring back a black version (but not all black). I understand this is a Brooks issue - not a Relay issue. I have had about 6 or 7 pairs of the Besat in the black and white version. I ordered 1 pair of all black and it looks like I am working a double shift at the Applebee's. Nothing wrong with working at Applebee's, but it is not the look I want.
