Running with the Novablast 5 is a Blast. It has a nice bounce that propels you forward and has the cushion that keeps your feet protected from the Concrete. I use this as a daily trainer run shoe and can pick up the speed when needed. The comfortable fill of the show really does make feel like walking on clouds but it does have the capability to pick up the pace when needed. Not necessarily a fast shoe but definitely a fun shoe. Highly recommend the Novablast 5!
