The insoles are great and were in pristine condition despite the package arriving in poor condition. The insoles were sent in a poly bag but a box would have been a better choice.

Almost all insoles are not up to the time and will not fit well in foot shaped shoes: Altra's, Topo's, etc.. I sized these up a little and was able to trim them down so they worked perfectly in my Altra shoes. The support was still in an acceptable spot. They are light enough and the construction/design works well for running. (I am using them for running versus daily use or hiking.) I started with the low profile ones per my PT but have decided to move up to the medium profile as I have a very low arch. I was worried about irritation in that area and have had no problems. Like everything, they will wear out with the top fabric going before the support, but I put A LOT of miles in as an ultra runner. Highly recommend.
