Love these shoes for speed training. Had to get used to less support and cushion to avoid additional soreness, but overall they are good once I got used to them.

I really enjoy Saucony tennis shoes and this is no exception. It's lighter than my other Sauconys but has all the support. I have a high arch so many brands don't work for me but I'd purchase these again. They also look great too.
